Remote Desktop is a tool or program a tow to the Windows operating system for use in remote contact through networking. Both within the network, called the office LAN (Local Area Network) and IP network (Internet).

How to view the IP address of the computer

1. Click Start + Run
2. Type cmd then press Enter keys
3. Type ipconfig/all then press Enter
4. IP Address to display the image on the screen.
   

How to set Remote Desktop from another

1. Right click MyComputer then select properties
2. Tab Remote,please check box “Allow Remote Assistance invitation to be sent from this computer” Means allowing another to contact this machine through Remote Desktop program
    
3. Click Select Remote Users … button to set the User name that can access any computer using this.
4. Click Add and select User
